Winter
$99.00 per night
November - April
Summer
$150.00 per night
May - October
Rates are based on double occupancy.
$10.00 per night for each additional person.
10% discount for stays of a week or more.
Rates do not include 11.875% state, county,
and lodging sales taxes.
VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express,
and personal checks are accepted.
Rates are subject to change.

Reservations
Call for reservations.
Reservations require a deposit in the amount of one night's stay including tax.
Cancellations
A refund, less a $25 processing fee,
will be made with either a 30-day notice or if the cottage is subsequently rented.
No shows will be charged for the entire reservation.
Special Occasions
Gift certificates are available.
Flowers, wine, or gift baskets in the cottage as a surprise for your loved ones can be provided.
Please call ahead to make arrangements.

Policy Information
Check in after 3:00 pm,
arrangements can be made for arrivals later than 6:00pm.
Check out by 11:00 am.
2 night minimum stay on weekends and holidays.
No pets.
No smoking.
Change of linens will be provided upon request.
One box-full of wood will be provided daily. Additional box-fulls
can be purchased from the office for $10.00 per box.
Recycling is encouraged. Recycle bins are located in each cottage.
