2012 Guest Rates

Winter and Spring
(Nov 1-May 24)
$99 per night

Summer and Fall
(May 25-Oct 31)
7+ nights:  $135 per night
3-6 nights: $145 per night
1-2 nights: $155 per night

Rates are based on double occupancy.

$15 per night for each additional person (no charge for children 2 and under).

Rates do not include 11.875% state, county, and lodging sales taxes.

VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks are accepted. Credit card numbers are not kept on file.

Reservations

Call for reservations.

Reservations require a deposit in the amount of one night's stay including tax.

Cancellations

A refund, less a $25 processing fee, will be made with either a 30-day notice or if the cottage is subsequently rented.

No shows will be charged for the entire reservation.

Special Occasions

Gift certificates are available.

Flowers, wine, or gift baskets in the cottage as a surprise for your loved ones can be provided. Please see the "Specials and Packages" webpage for further information.

Policy Information

Check in after 3:00 pm. Please notify us for arrivals after 6:00pm.

Check out by 11:00 am.

2 night minimum stay on weekends.

3 night minimum on holidays and special event weekends.
(Memorial Day, 4th of July, Dragon Boat Races, Fishermen's Picnic, Labor Day, MEA, and New Years)

No pets.

No smoking.

Change of linens will be provided upon request.

One box-full of wood will be provided daily. Additional box-fulls can be purchased from the office for $10 per box.

Recycling is encouraged. Recycle bins are located in each cottage.
